Texas-10 Years for Violation of DUI Probation

A 50 year old man, was convicted of violating his DUI probation by driving w/o a license, w/o interlock and admitting drinking regularly. He had 5 priors and was on probation for the 5 th DUI. He got 10 years for violating his probation. He hadn't been drinking when stopped by police.
